Conditions of Registration

 

Manual Registration and payments
Any type of manual registration or payment, i.e. something that is not done online, will incur a manual processing fee of $22.

Online Registration & Payments

Online registration and payments can be accessed vi the conference website where you will be taken to a secure transactional website.  This is the recommended method for booking your registration, social program and accommodation.  Once you register online you will be given an access key and you will be able to update your registration and payments at any time before Thursday 8th May.  If you register online and then send a cheque or credit card payment to the secretariat to be processed manually you will be charged a processing fee of $22.

 

Payment

All prices are in Australian dollars and GST inclusive. Payment can be made by cheque or credit card. Cheques must be in Australian currency, drawn on an Australian Bank and made payable to “Eventcorp Pty Ltd – Primavera Australia” ABN 77075066483. Credit card payment is acceptable by Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

NB: Faxed registration forms are acceptable only if payment is by credit card. Please post registration forms with accompanying cheques or credit card details. Registrations will not be confirmed until payment is received.  Anything sent by fax or post is classed as a manual registration or payment.

 

Confirmation of Bookings and Changes

Registrations will be acknowledged and accommodation and air travel bookings confirmed by email. When you register online you will be provided with an access key. This can be used at a later date to change your registration details. You must print your own invoice upon completion of registration. The cut-off date for online registrations and any changes is Thursday 8 May 2008.  Those wishing to register after this date must do so on-site.

 

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations must be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat. Cancellations received before 11 April 2008 will be entitled to a full refund, less an administration fee of $220.00.  After this date, no refunds will apply.  However, substitute delegates will be welcome provided written notice is given prior to the conference.  Cancellation penalties will apply once the registration form is submitted, regardless of whether payment has been forthcoming.
